Derbeder Erkek

Aşkından/pişmanlıktan/herhangi bir şeyden derbeder olmuş erkek çekiciliği. Evet benim ve etrafımdaki bir çok kız için, o yanıp tutuşan, şarkılar yazan, ağlayan adam, gerçekte null değerindedir. Ancak kendisinden bir dizide, bir şarkıda veya bir filmde görülebilir. O şarkıyı söyleyen adam veyahut o rolü oynayan oyuncuda ise birden seksilik patlaması olur.

Neden mi? Kızlardaki acıma ve "aman tanrım ölüyor zavallıcak" duygusu ön plana çıkar önce. Çünkü o erkek kendilerine benzer duyguları hissediyordur, ve malum, bu erkekler için çok nadirdir. Duyguları olan erkek daha seksidir. Bir kız adına savaş verebilen, onun için gözyaşı dökmekten çekinmeyen erkek, en sonunda kazanan olacaktır. Kız o erkeği sarıp sarmalayıp eve koyup, bir daha hiç çıkarmamak ister.

Bu duyguyu besleyen ise aslen kızların kendisi uğruna savaş verilmesini istemesi içgüdüsünden kaynaklanır. Nasıl kendileri adına iki erkeğin kavga etmesini izlemekten veya kıskanılmaktan hoşlanıyorlarsa, o acı çeken erkek de hoşlanılasıdır; çünkü bir kız yüzünden bu haldedir genelde.

Bu fenomenden yararlanan dizilerdeki karakterlerden örnek: Fatmagül'ün suçu ne?'de Vural'ı oynayan Buğra Gülsoy. Ne seksiydi o adam, vicdan azabından ölüyorken. Yandık bittik, Kuzey Güney'i izlemeye başladık. Şimdi seksapel sıfır; çünkü duygularından beslenmiyor artık. Başka karakter örneklerine gelirsek Kuzey/Güney'de Kuzey, Nip/Tuck'ta Christian Troy(o biraz piç erkeği evcilleştirme içgüdüsünden de geliyor), Skins'den Sid ve özlemli şarkı yazan neredeyse her erkek.

Yani bunu iyi kullanmayı beceremeyen erkekler olmadı mı oldu: Fatmagül'ün Suçu Ne?'de Kerim. Belki de oyunculuğunu inandırıcı bulmadığım içindir; ama o kadar kız için ölüp bitmesine rağmen tiksindirdi beni.

Larry David vs. Jay Leno!

Larry David is my favorite comedian(probably) and Jay Leno is my least favorite comedian(probably) - he's just not funny at all. I don't want to describe the clip because it speaks for itself- it's just fucking awesome!

I cannot believe the woman who sung that song is Shakira now. That woman has passion, powerful music, incredible lyrics and an amazing voice. That woman in my opinion created one of the best albums ever, "Donde Estan Los Ladrones?" translates as "Where are the thieves?". This is a clip of an MTV Unplugged Session from 1999- remember how popular those were? It has to be one of her best live performances.

I would recommend everyone to take a look at aforementioned album in particular, Shakira's early work and her lyrics. They are quite original and powerful, which is something she doesn't have now.

my favorite song ever.

Arctic Monkeys has been my favorite band for 6 years now, and I still remember the first time I was aware of the beauty of this song. The lyrics just hung onto my ears: "i'm always just about to go and spoil the surprise/take my hands off of your eyes too soon"... I cannot explain what is special about this song, the feeling it gives me is undescribable. The lyrics, the music or maybe the whole production is just so awesome. I always like the studio version better than the live ones, but nevertheless this is good as well, it also involves Miles Kane(Alex Turner's The Last Shadow Puppets partner).
